Natalie is the founder of 'Inner Light' and brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and real-world experience to every course she teaches. With a heart-led approach and a genuine passion for helping others, she creates a warm, welcoming learning environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and inspired.

Specialising in complementary therapies, Natalie teaches Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and a range of wellbeing-focused courses. Alongside her teaching, she also offers CBT, Life Coaching and Intuitive Readings, giving her a unique understanding of holistic wellbeing and the importance of treating each person as an individual.

Natalie is passionate about empowering others to develop their skills and confidence, whether they are taking their first steps into the therapy industry or expanding an existing practice. Her calm, approachable teaching style helps students feel at ease while developing practical skills they can confidently take into their own businesses.

Natalie teaches for Holistic Therapies Training Academy at our Bideford and St Austell training centres, making professional, supportive holistic therapy training accessible to learners across Devon and Cornwall.
