14.1 General position: Course fees and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where these Terms (or any specific written course terms) state otherwise.
14.2 Digital content / online learning access:
Once Digital Content has been accessed and/or downloaded, we do not offer refunds due to copyright and the nature of digital supply.

14.5 HTTA cancellation or rescheduling:

- 16.2 We may recommend insurers, but we cannot guarantee acceptance.
- 16.3 You are responsible for obtaining student insurance where required during case studies.
-
17.1 VTCT assessments and examinations are delivered exclusively at the approved Holistic Therapies Training Academy centre where the learner completed their training. This includes, but is not limited to, Bideford, Plymouth and Taunton. Assessment and examination places are strictly non-transferable between our approved centres.
- 17.2 External Quality Assurance (EQA) Attendance – VTCT Qualifications Only
~ For VTCT-regulated qualifications, External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits are carried out periodically by VTCT-appointed External Quality Assurers. During an EQA visit, the EQA may select learners to attend for assessment observation, professional discussion, or portfolio review.
~ If a learner is selected by the EQA, attendance is mandatory, even if this does not align with the learner’s originally planned assessment date. Failure to attend when selected may result in the learner’s qualification being delayed until a future EQA visit and may incur additional fees.
- 17.3 Completing an assessment does not automatically mean a pass. Further work or reassessment may be required.
18.1 Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available on the website).

- 19.1 We do not guarantee the website or platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- 19.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- 19.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business, or earnings) arising from your use of the website or attendance on training, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Each version of these Terms is dated. The version displayed on our website and in force on the date you place your Order will apply to that Order.
