Course overview
The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Reflexology for the Complementary Therapist qualification will provide a progression route with advanced technical skills for Level 3 reflexologists.

This qualification will enable you to add additional techniques for treatment application to your existing repertoire whilst further developing your knowledge of the theories and practices for advanced applications of reflexology.

This qualification is designed to give you the essential knowledge to assist you to provide advanced therapeutic skills within a clinical setting.

This qualification is completed through the exam board - The VTCT (Vocational training and charitable trust); and is Ofqual regulated.

Course information

Pre-requisite / Entry level:
A Level 3 reflexology & level 3 A&P qualification
Course format:
8 day practicals (training/assessment/exams) + online learning modules + case studies

You must carry out and document evidence of the following case studies:
UCT17M - Advanced reflexology techniques for the complementary therapist: You must carry out and document evidence for a minimum of 36 recorded treatments using all reflexology types to meet individual client needs. It is anticipated that a number of different reflexology types may be used within each study.
Attendance:
8 days practical
+ monthly video calls for coursework support (dates tbc)
Exam board:
VTCT - Vocational training & charitable trust

Career potential:
Advanced Reflexologist - employed or self-employed, working in a salon or spa or as a home / mobile therapist.
Additional costs:
You will need to purchase your own products and equipment in order to carry out your case studies and practice your skills. i.e., Treatment couch / chair, massage medium (ie grapeseed oil/cream/wax/powder)
