A structured framework, not just a collection of marketing tips

GROW Your Business gives you a clear framework to follow, combined with practical mentoring and support from Karen Ashton at Holistic Therapies Training Academy.

The course is based on the first stage of the GROW Formula® – G for Get Clients and is designed to help you actually apply what you learn to your own business.

Rather than simply giving you more information to consume, you’ll work through practical activities using your own services, clients and business as the focus.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what to do, why you’re doing it and a practical action plan you can continue using after the course.

1 · Define your ideal client

Get clear on who your services are best suited to, what matters to them and what they may be looking for when choosing a therapist or practitioner.

You’ll also explore why trying to market to everyone can make your message less effective.

2 · Position your services

Learn how to communicate what you offer more clearly and confidently.

You’ll look at your strengths, your unique selling points, the value you provide and how you can build trust with potential clients.

3 · Improve your website

Look at your website through the eyes of a potential client.

You’ll explore what people expect to find, the information that helps build trust and practical improvements you can make to help turn website visitors into enquiries.

4 · Get more visible online

Explore practical ways to improve your online visibility without relying on expensive advertising.

This includes areas such as your Google Business Profile, local visibility and helping the right people find your business online.

5 · Remove barriers to booking

Sometimes people are interested in what you offer but still don’t take the next step.

You’ll identify common barriers that may be stopping potential clients from enquiring or booking, and look at simple ways to make the client journey easier.

6 · Create your marketing plan

Bring everything together into a simple, practical marketing plan.

You’ll use the AIDA framework to help structure your marketing and leave with clear activities and actions you can start implementing straight away.


Your GROW Course Resources

Your booking doesn't just include the live training sessions. You'll also receive ongoing access to the dedicated GROW Portal, an external learning platform provided as part of the GROW Your Business programme.

This is separate from the Holistic Therapies Training Academy learning platform and gives you access to additional GROW resources, support and tools to help you continue implementing what you've learned.

Course handouts + audio

Access downloadable handouts for each module so you can concentrate on the training and mentoring rather than trying to write everything down.

Audio versions are also included if you prefer to listen and learn on the go.
